Mr. Alper Utaş is a co-founding partner in our law firm.  His core areas of practice are corporate law, regulatory law, mergers & acquisitions and dispute resolution. He has experience in representation of domestic and multinational conglomerates and companies including many Fortune500 companies, sovereign states and state trading enterprises and startups.

His corporate legal and consultancy experience extends to commercial & company law, investment law, construction, infrastructure & real estate, contracts' law, employment, intellectual property, consumer and administrative legal matters. His regulatory law experience encompasses a variety of sectoral regulations, energy law, mining law, oil&gas, telecommunications, medical and pharmaceutical law, competition law and environmental law.

Alper Utaş has carried out many local and cross-border corporate and M&A transactions, investments and projects as a legal advisor and has experience in international arbitration proceedings as well as procedures related to international trade and WTO rules with a particular focus on anti-dumping investigations.

Alper Utaş has worked for many years in various international law firms and holds experience in organs such as Council of Europe, European Court of Human Rights, Council of Europe and Grand National Assembly of Turkey.
